rain and snow

Last weekend it was really warm, and all the snow finally melted. Well, we still had a little bit in the shady parts of our yard until midweek, but the main part of it melted by saturday. Then it started raining. It rained every day from Monday to Friday. Between the melting snow and the rain, we had a lot of flooding. The temperature was in the thirties all week, but to the north, there was snow. Everyone was saying how grateful they were that we weren't getting snow, but it would have helped with the flooding. This morning we got some snow. Too little, too late. But at least the sun is out.

The weather this week was horrible. Thirties, raining and windy. It doesn't get much worse, save disaster weather.

Everyone is just SO READY for warm. They forget about April Showers and Tornadoes around here.

I keep telling myself "it's good for the drought" over and over. Then having imaginary arguments in my head with my father on whey this proves there's no global climate change.
