another camping story

Mike knew some guys from Madison who decided to join us on Saturday night, on the spur of the moment, for some drinking. They showed up at about ten o'clock, and put up their tents so they'd have someplace to crash. One of the guys lost his tent. He swore he got it out, but it was missing.

So they got to drinking. Finally about 4 AM they gave up and crawled in their tent. They got up around eight. When one of the guys was taking down his tent, they found the other guy's tent underneath.

I hadn't gotten up yet, but I heard, "dumbass!"
