I can operate all the controls on my camera with my gloves on, except the lens lock. So my right hand got pretty cold a lot.

When we took our fun trip to Churchill, Manitoba one of the people we met was a really super photographer who lives up there. He takes all kinds of wonderful wildlife photos. One of the stories he told us was about a photo that we now own. It's the cutest little white Arctic Fox.

He said that he spent days out on the ice in the winter photographing this little fox who, for some strange reason, took a liking to him. The only problem was that she kept trying to steal his glove when he had to take it off to operate his camera. For her to steal it would have been a calamity as his hand would have had frostbite in a matter of minutes.
