I was reading today about the "oldest woman" who just died. Woman? Man? I'm not sure, but they told what the person ate. Lots of bacon and ice cream and fried chicken. So much for veggie diets.

Woman. I know that "traditional" fatty diets aren't necessarily bad for you, but that sounds pretty extreme.
