On sunday, we went to Lion's Den. We stopped at the boardwalk on the marsh, and saw many large green frogs. We saw one attempt at a dragonfly.

Later, we saw one on the rocks at the beach (Lake Michigan). It jumped in the lake to get away from me, and was being pushed around by the waves. I'd never seen a frog at the lake before.

I was cleaning out the window wells, and found a mummified frog. One had apparently jumped in, and couldn't get back out.

I'd say the one in the top photo is looking a wee bit healthier than the guy on the bottom.

When I was reading the part about the mummified frog I thought to myself that I would love to see it and then there it was! Thank you!
I'm amazed at how big the eye holes look and look at it's toes. So cool! Are you keeping it around because I would love to see it when the skeleton is completely exposed. Cyn wouldn't mind if you kept it on her night stand or something. LOL!

If we're lucky we'll see plenty of frogs at the ponds in the MSU gardens.
That mummy frog is CREEPY.
