bacony?

Chocolate chip cookies made with bacon grease in place of butter taste disappointingly unlike bacon. Odd that there was a hint of bacon in the batter, but not the finished product.

I found a recipe for snickerdoodles using bacon grease. That sounded a little odd, but I figure it would be good with chocolate chip.
