The words above are on the link to the story. The headline on the story itself reads, "Bush lands in Texas as Galvestonians urged to leave."

I read that headline the same way when I read it on Google News.

I wonder if the person who wrote the headline was having a little joke in phrasing it just that way. Bush is sure trying to live down his terrible reaction to Katrina. Of course this is Texas, HIS state, and he wants to carry it.
