I got up at five fucking thirty this morning, to catch an 8:15 flight to Cleveland. Walked around an unfortunately boring trade show. Flew back. Got home about the same time I always get home form work.

I got up at five friggin twenty to play a round of golf before work. The aircon season finished about a month ago, and I am determined to make the most of the outdoor season this year.

We're not very close to the border, having Michigan and some lakes between us. But I flew east from Milwaukee, past Detroit, and just over the northern edge of Lake Erie, which is the southern tip of Ontario. Then we turned south to Cleveland. (http://www.mapquest.com/maps/mi/)

Roughly 9:00 to 5:30. Roughly. I start earlier if I can manage, and my ending time varies. And my lunch time too.

You must live close to your work. Here, the commute times can be up to 1 1/2 hours each way. I only have a 45 minute trip each way so, I'm lucky. Our days start at 8 am, and we normally hit the road by 5 pm.
