Date: 2008-02-10 01:15 am (UTC)From:Both trailers were perpendicular to the highway facing the ditch (it was a *very* wide shoulder). The other cab was facing back up the road, with my friend's cab's nose buried in its door. Nobody hurt, fortunately.

Date: 2008-02-10 01:23 am (UTC)From:One thing I'd love to see, are the statistics of truck/car and truck/ truck accidents, and see how many of them were caused by the day cabs in the city.
I'll bet it's almost 20/80 the local drivers compared to the cars. Then on the open road, I'd bet that the truck on truck accidents were the 500 mile guys. That's considered local.
I'd bet the truck.
