Thanks to all of you for your well-wishes.

Cyn seemed in good spirits, so I didn't realize she still had a bit of a tight feeling in her chest, until she mentioned it on the way home. She was doing fine until she wanted to take a nap. She was very tired from the hospital, and desperately needed to sleep. Apparently she was too desperate, and became upset when she couldn't. At this point she had a full-blown anxiety attack. She called her clinic, hoping her doctor would give her a prescription, so she could sleep (at the very least). The doctor on call said she couldn't do that over the phone, and that she had to go to the ER. They gave her a prescription, that was supposed to relax her. It must have worked because she went to bed around 7:00, and I haven't heard from her.

We're supposed to be going to Madison tomorrow, to help Heather move and see Patti Smith at the Barrymore Theatre. We're going to have to see what she feels like in the morning. We're hoping she feels well enough to go along (no, she's not going to be helping with the move) and see the show.

Oh GOOD that they gave her meds that helped! It's about time. You don't get much rest in the hospital, which sounds ridiculous but it's true.

It's tough for people who are seldom sick, when something like this happens. She's going to feel guilty for not being able to help with the move.
