Six degrees was warm enough to melt the snow off my (black) car. Today it was up to 14°! A regular heat wave.

So that would be -14°C, which sounds much colder than 6. I don't think I've ever been anywhere that cold.

The only metrification thing that works for me is Celsius. I can relate to how far the temperature is from freezing.

I sure as hell wish it would warm up enough to snow here, because these subzero frigidities are gonna be the death of me. I may have to hand in my Tough Canadian membership card after this winter's through.
