allergies

My allergies woke me up this morning, about an hour early. They were really bad. About the worst I've felt them so far this year (if not ever). The inside of my mouth hurt. I got up and took a pill. It only lasted an hour and a half, but at least they never came back like that first attack.

There was a front page article in the paper about how allergies are worse this year. But I don't think I have a problem with mold.

All kinds of sensitivities are getting worse year by year, due in part to the amount of chemicals we shove into our environments and our bodies. We weren't meant to have to deal with this garbage, and yet we continue to poison ourselves.

I opened my windows for some nice warm air and sneezed so much I had to close them again.

That's horrible!!! I hate allergies, they ruin life...
