I like Daylight Savings Time. I don't really care for changing the clocks, but I prefer it lighter later. It would be nice if we could stay on DST all year 'round. Sun is nice in the morning, but I don't really need it. I don't get much benefit from it while I'm getting ready for work, nor do I absorb much of it on my five minute commute. But it sure seems like there's a lot I can get done in the evenings if I can take advantage of the free outdoor light.

If they didn't change the clocks around, I wouldn't have a problem with it. And I miss my 5-minute commute a LOT - trading it for the one-to-two hour commute wasn't wise, but that's another story.

Daylight saving time is the government's way to make you get up earlier.

I need to go back to using my alarm clock again till my body catches up. I've just been getting up when I wake up between 9:30 and 10:00. Now it's between 10:30 and 11:00 and that is too late, even for me.

I do like DST--I just have to get used to it.
