The drywaller is doing his thing right now. He says he'll be done just before Christmas. Just after Christmas, we'll be painting. That leaves carpet and flooring, kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, and the finish carpentry. Hopefully, we'll be able to rent it out for March first. That will be a year empty.
