This document is fine. Unfortunately, it does not answer my question. I have been all over your site, and found no help, so I have decided not to renew my subscription.

I was trying to renew my Symantec Antivirus software. But I coudn't figure out how. At the bottom of one of the useless help screens they had a feedback form. So I gave them feedback.

First time I tried renewing, I couldn't figure it out and it was really complex. It finally went but I dreaded the next time. Next time came and it was a breeze. I must have hit the wrong button and gone to the wrong screens the first time.
