frozen comments

I didn't notice the little freeze icon on comments until tonight. How long have they been up there? I guess freezing a comment means that no one can reply to it.

I froze the comment just under this one. I see an icon of an ice cube with a red line through it. I can unfreeze it. I'm guessing you can't.

I can't unfreeze it, but I *CAN* delete it.

Unfortunate, as that'd be a way to keep comments posted by people part of the record after they get embarassed...
