Some of you may be wondering what, exactly, I was talking about.

Here's how it works (officially): You go to someone's journal and ask them to interview you. They'll reply to your comment with five questions. You answer the five questions as an entry in your journal.

Not that you have to do it that way. Obviously it is great fun to ask and answer questions, so feel free to do so as you wish.
