What's this about the U.S. warning Syria not to harbor members of Hussein's regime? Before the war, we told Saddam that if he left his country he would be left alone. Now we're going to get him? What for? Are we going to sue him for the cost of the war? We can't sue him for war crimes because we helped him with intelligence and tactical planning in the war against Iran, where he used chemical weapons. Not to mention that we (illegally) supplied him with those weapons.
