A good coat of fresh snow makes me smile. I haven't had much reason to smile this winter.

I've been reading LJ in Rush mode. Filtering down to just a few people. Sorry. I should really filter it down to about one, but I have this addiction.

It really has been helping, cutting back on my internet time. I got a lot of overtime last week. This week I got a little overtime (but I'm cashing it in to leave early tomorrow) and got off work at a decent time.

Tomorrow night my dad is coming over to help me hang some drywall. I have to tear down one more wall first. I hope I can get it done before he shows up. We've got five sheets to do, one of which requires a lot of cutting. After they're up I leave to go to Cyn's. Saturday and sunday I finish the drywall (all the little pieces) then start tiling. I was originally hoping to do it in two days. Now I see it will take three at least. Too bad I don't have three. I'll be lucky if I can even start it on saturday. That leaves sunday, and monday and tuesday nights. :-(

yeah, I've been doing a lot of skimming here, and just passing the long posts - and damn - they look like good ones, too. LJ is a sickness!

how are you feeling about the bathroom project? it's been a long time, I know. I mean, are you feeling any satisfaction or accomplishment, or is it just wearing you down? to me, it's always daunting when something takes a lot longer than I had figured.

It has finally been wearing at me this past week. And it hasn't been until recently that I've been seeing any tangible signs of accomplishment. So it's kinda good and bad.
