I'm going to visit a tire plant in southern Illinois on Thursday. It's a six and a half hour drive, and we have to be there at 1:00. This means we have to leave at 6:30. But we're not leaving from my house, so I have to leave no later than 6:00 to get to the meeting place. So I have to get up at 5:20.

But wait! That's not all! Wednesday night is gaming night, so I probably won't get home until 1:00. And I'll have to pack sometime before I get up on Thursday, since we're getting rooms down there.

ugh. we just got our flight assignments for the parade trip from the travel agency. girl and I are on the first flight @7am. bussing to airport from the school. be at the school 4:30 am. maybe we'll just sleep in the parking lot that night, and the headlights coming in will be our alarm clock.
really bad part is that my boy's flight isn't until 10am. if I'm not home to keep him awake how will I know if he's going to make his flight? need a Rube Goldberg device, fast.

No, I'll be riding with a couple of other guys. Maybe I'll have them drop me off and I can ride the train home. :-D
