PHILADELPHIA, May 31 Three federal judges on Friday threw out a federal law that would have forced public libraries to equip computers with software designed to block access to Internet pornography.

I love how the DOJ idiots said the "libraries could just turn down funding if they wanted to be unfiltered." Like it's that easy. Libraries are publically funded!
