Current Food: Grilled cheese (monterey jack) with fried egg, and a glass of milk

You wouldn't guess that I'm from Wisconsin, would you?

I love when the cheese melts over the side of the sandwdich, and you let it fry until it starts to get crispy, then you scrape it up and eat it.

<drool>Mmmmmmmmm... burnt cheese</drool>

But now I've got all this fatty food in me and I won't get to sleep for hours.

If I were ever to become a full time vegan the most difficult thing for me to do would be to stop eating cheese.

It would be much easier for me give up meat than cheese.

I'm a cheese junkie.

think positively

That's true

Veganism is definately more radical than vegetarianism.

I periodically give up meat and dairy for periods of time. I doubt I would ever give up either of them entirely however.
