When we went out to eat on Monday night, I ate too much. I can never sleep after eating. I didn't get to bed until nearly 3 am.
I was pretty tired the next day, but of course I wake up around bedtime. I went to bed at my usual time, so that night I got a bit over six hours of sleep. Certainly didn't catch up that night.
The next night my brain was all riled up, and didn't fall asleep until about 1:30. I was awakened half an hour later by the water softener starting up. Lost half an hour due to that.
It wasn't until last night that I fell asleep right away, and got around seven hours of sleep, which is what passes for a full night of sleep these days. I wonder if I can do it again tonight?
