I've discussed how cold I am all the time. I realized recently how much of an effect the duration has. It was really cold in the office today. I was wearing several layers, but by the end of the day I was cursing under my breath. It was about 70°F outside, so it wasn't any warmer than inside and I turned the heater on in my car. After a few minutes I had hot air blowing on my face. I didn't mind, but I was still cold. It wasn't for a good ten minutes before I decided I could turn the heat down.

It takes a while for the heat to sink to my bones.

Oh, and my thyroid levels are fine, but I forgot to ask for the detailed panel.
