There's a question on a survey that's going around... How old is the oldest pair of shoes in your closet? I have old boots.
I have a pair of cowboy boots that date to maybe the mid nineties. The last time I wore them was part of a Halloween costume in the mid or late aughts.
I have some steel-toe work boots from the mid nineties, that I wear when the occasion requires - very rarely.
My snow boots date to the late eighties, I think. I wear them often during the winter. They're awesome - real Canadian-made Sorrels.
I've got my grandpa's workboots. I used to wear them, but it's been a while. Red Wings. I had them resoled, once. I have no idea how old they are.
