Violent Femmes

So the Violent Femmes had this big reunion. Okay, well it consisted of about three shows, with two more on the calendar. But Brian and Gordon buried the hatchet, got Victor back, and played.

Today I hear that they fired Victor, and hired Brian Viglione of the Dresden Dolls. Victor is all hurt about it, and about the reunion in general. I wonder if the band asked Guy Hoffman. He probably would have declined anyway. Viglione says it's a dream come true. Probably because the hours are so short. There's not much opportunity for creativity. I wonder if John Sparrow will still play with them.
