First of all, I want to say that regarding list I posted yesterday, there was nothing regarding cuts that would really piss me off if a rules was broken.
When I suggested you cut extremely long entries, I meant extremely long entries.
There's another reason to put pictures behind cuts. If your picture hosting website has bandwidth limits, you probably want to hide the images behind the cut tags. Every time someone refreshes his friends page with any of your images, this brings you closer to no more pictures. I realize that not many people have this problem, but I thought I'd point it out.
When I was talking about quizzes, I meant the "What ______ are you?" kind of quiz. The list of personal information quiz isjust text to be scrolled past informative personal info.
Here's a suggestion for worksafeness. If you have any users/communities that often post things you shouldn't be having on your work computer, move those journals out of your default view, and into a filter. Then make your default view public. Then when anyone who is not you views your friends page (the address of which will show up in your IT department's logs) those posts will not be able to be seen by that person.
