That club in Rhode Island bought highly flammable packing foam for use as sound insulation. It burns like gasoline and emits thick black toxic smoke. It cost them $575. The similar but flame retadant stuff would have cost them twice as much. It doesn't seem like $1200 would have been all that expensive.
