pop-ups at work
Feb. 1st, 2003 11:04 amThanks for the suggestions for pop-up stoppers, other browsers and the like. It wasn't a really bad ad, it was just the point of the whole thing.
The thing is, I try not to be all secretive about my online time at work. So one of the few times that I actually tried to downplay it, I ended up looking foolish for it.
Don't give in to your fears.
:-)
I might look into the anti-pop-up software for work, though, because IT gets a list of all the sites that employees access, and I think I'd rather not have some of those ad sites on my list. Though IT probably knows which ones are which.
