calendar view

Have you noticed that, in the month heading of your calendar page, there is a link that says "subjects"? If you click on it, you will get a list of all the subject lines of your posts for the month. If you use appropriate subjects, this is a handy way to find old entries.

Protected entries are not visible there to those who should not have access. (But the regular calendar page (where it gives the number of entries for that day) does show the total number of posts you've made.

I used to work with a guy named Jose. I never really gave much thought to the fact that he was Mexican. I mean, I knew he was "Mexican" but I never really thought much about what that entailed.

He was rather stressed out in the job, and when he told us he was leaving, I asked what his plans were. He said he was going to Mexico for a month. I said something about him going back to Mexico. He laughed, and I asked him why? At first he said "nothing," but I asked him again and he said it was funny that everyone always thinks he is from Mexico. I thought that was kind of funny because until he said he was going down there for a length of time, it hadn't occurred to me that he might actually be from there.
