I heard this story on the radio this morning.

A guy left a restaurant without paying. He said he would come back with the forty dollars, but he didn't. The restaurant employees believed him when he said he would return, because he left his six year old child behind. The police found him at home smoking a crack pipe. He said, "you're stupid! This isn't a crack pipe. I use it to smoke methamphetamines!"

His two children are in protective custody.
