I spent a nice evening with a new friend.

I was very nervous beforehand. I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm much more satisfied now. I'm still not quite sure where we're going, but I think I can deal with it now.

I wish my mom wouldn't do cookie exchanges. She always gets crap in exchange for her marvelous creations.

I know I'm prejudiced towards some of her cookies, but some of them really are the best I've ever had.
