Saturday we went out for dinner. I had jambalaya mac& cheese. I ate just over half of it, and felt stuffed. Sunday was Easter dinner. I again felt stuffed, but that wasn't so bad since I had skipped lunch. It was an afternoon meal, so I had all evening for the food coma to wear off. Then today we met some friends for dinner. I didn't feel as stuffed this time, but still ate more than I needed. And then we're traveling Thursday through Sunday, so I don't feel like this overeating is ending anytime soon.
