That sign sure does look nice. Gold leaf lettering on a glossy black background. Sure would be nice if it were on the building. I went over to help them put it up there. They ran into a couple of snags. First the bottom mounting brackets weren't going into the stud like they thought, and then they realized that they wouldn't be able to screw into the top of the top brackets because of an overhang above.

So there went an hour of my workday.

I don't know what kind of experience this guy has, ifany. He says, "installations never go as planned." I'm guessing this guy has only done six of them, and they went badly because he doesn't know what the hell he's doing. My dad seems to be doing most of the work.

Your poor dad..it's pretty annoying stuff, and you losing time over this yo-yo is frustrating...you could use that on LJ, dammit!!!*grin*
