Yes, we used to have snow on the ground all winter, from late December, until sometime in March. It has snowed only several times this year, and it has never lasted very long.
So, like I said, yesterday was 75F (24C), but last night it got down to 15 (-10) and it snowed. Tomorrow it will be back up to 40 (5).
March used to be the snowiest month. Cold and damp with wet snow that was a mess. I usually complained about it. Now I think how lucky we were to have predictable weather and to have enough precipitation to not be in a drought.
