broken glass

I was washing dishes last night, and broke a wine glass. We have several kinds, and I like them all except one kind. I don't like the stemless ones. They're very large. They're hard to wrap my hand around, and there's no stem to help hold them.

So that's the kind I dropped. The kind I don't like. And it landed on another and broke it instead.

My parents had a set of 8 glasses from about 50 years ago. I think my mom was down to 6 when she gave them to us. We've broken a couple and were down to 4 for a long time. Now 3.
