Oh, I agree! I found this stuff about a month ago. Killer brand (named because the guy that came up with it ended up in jail for murder as a young man, saw the error of his ways, and was let back into the family business when he proved he had changed) and came up with a whole wheat thin slice with loads of sunflower, black and white sesame and flax seeds in it and crusted on top. YUM!

I rarely eat bread, so when I buy a loaf I repackage it and freeze it so it won't go bad. I put four slices in each package, so I need to plan on two sandwiches, or a sandwich and toast, or what have you to use it up before it goes bad. I had one grilled cheese tonight, and will eat the other two slices around brunchtime tomorrow with an egg.
