After our outing with our friends at Holy Hill, we went north and decided to stop at Pike Lake State park. It's still glacial terrain, but not as interesting as elsewhere. They have a lake, and a lookout tower on a hill. Neither Cyn nor I had been there in many years. It was warmer there, than it was at Holy Hill, and the walk was longer than we expected, so we ended up sweating a lot. Not that I'm really complaining about an 80 degree day in October...

That's Holy Hill in the distance.
