I filled up the tank in the Mustang last night. $28.00 even. I think that beat my old record by $4. Today gas went up another three cents, to $1.99.

I wish I'd remebered I was going up north this weekend. I wouldn't have filled it all the way. I can get the cheaper and better gas tomorrow.

Assuming I've done all the conversions right, the cost here is $4.31 per US gallon.

I did this at £0.80 per litre, 3.8 litres per US gallon (seems your gallon is smaller than ours), and $1.42 to the £, but I'm useless at arithmetic...

My Suburban has at least a 36 gallon capacity..
and gets 10-13 MPG.....=(

i filled up last sunday...well...didn't fill up ....had 1/4 tank...put in 20 bucks thinkin' that would top it off...it didn't!!! ....gas was 1.69 then...i'm sure it's gone up since then....heard someone talkin' about it yesterday... i guess it's just gonna keep goin' up, up, up all summer long ....everything i hear says so anyway.

Yeah, I know it is so much more expensive outside the US, but it has gone up so much so suddenly. And it will continue to rise.
