Do you get color like that often? We've had more color in the last few months than we usually do, but nothing like that.

I love the darkness of the barn and the branches of the trees too.

Umm... sometimes. Not all the time, but sometimes. I often take a picture, so maybe it seems like more often, because I look at the pictures. But then I don't see the sunset every day, so maybe it happens more often than I think.

I like how the snow is just bright enough that the foreground and barn are not total silhouettes.

Yes it was. The sun was going down in a hurry, and the brilliance had shrunk a lot by the time I snapped this one.
