I took the day off work last thursday because it was supposed to be really nice out. You never know if you'll get any more days like that in October. It was supposed to be around 78 degrees, but out by our house, it only got up to 72. It was still a nice day, though. I washed the grill and the tractor, and planted the rest of my bulbs.
Saturday evening was pleasnt. We grilled some steaks and ate outside for the first time this year (other than the time it started raining halfway through). We sat out for quite a while enjoying the air as the sun went down. It wasn't too cold, or raining or buggy.
It warmed up a bit over the rest of the weekend. Sunday it was in the upper 80s, and it's 85° her now. The house got up to 82. I didn't want to turn the AC on, especially since it's October, but the guys were coming over, and they wouldn't be able to handle the heat.
It looks like the rest of the week will be in the fifties.
