Everything is pissing me off today. At least everything that I'm thinking about. Why am I stuck thinking about the things that piss me off? Maybe because I have time to think? (I mowed the lawn tonight.) That must be it - stop thinking and feel better. >:-(

Some of them are things that only marginally affect me, and that I shouldn't let bother me. Some of them are things I've already fucked up and no longer have control over. Some of them are things that wouldn't normally bother me, but for some reason I'm down right now.

Which also makes me unhappy, because I can't figure out why I'm in such a rotten mood. Stress, right? Of what? Trying to get ready for this party. Some stress. Work? I think it's only bothering me because I'm easily bothered. I am fighting illness.

I don't know what the hell is going on.

Perhaps, you're tired.

Yeah, that's some of it. Although it doesn't seem like I've missed much this week.

maybe it's just good pissed-off weather? I've been kinda over-stressed with *everything* lately myself. And ... I've probably overthought some of my problems and underthought others.

Were you already in a mood before mowing? Could it be the mowing is part of it? (allergens - pollens and mold spores, etc; and pollution if it's a gas mower - could affect your mood...)

Of course... this all just adds onto the fighting illness thing. When I'm physically down, it doesn't take much to put me in a bad emotional / mental mood too.

I've been under the weather for almost a week, and feeling down for a couple of days.

Could be hormones - sometimes guys have to deal with those strong chemicals affecting their emotions, too...

Could be. Who knows?

Don't know what is going on, but I think my husband is suffering from the same symptoms!

I'm not the only one around here, either.

I think it's only bothering me because I'm easily bothered.

Are you normally 'easily bothered'?

I hate being crabby. It's very abnormal for me. So when it happens, I really notice...as does everyone else in the house. So far *knock on wood* my crabby moods have been rare and short-lived.

You're doing a good thing with your crabby energy....physical work. Playing/creating also helps, so take some time for that.

No, I don't think I am. Physical work is fine, as long as it doesn't give me time to think about things.

i'm sorry you're down, sweetie. you might be right about over-thinking things, though. i find when i have the time and my mind is on "worry" or "overanalyze" mode, i get frustrated. are you fighting illness or is that just a guess?

in 2003 when my body went bezerk without my permission, i thought i was handling stress just fine. my body/mind felt otherwise.

i hope you're feeling better today. drink lots of water and occupy your mind with positive things :)

I am fighting illness. I don't think it was a guess, because I said so. ;-)

Some things can make me feel better for a while. Like seeing a Brian May solo. And I talked with a couple of friends to inght, which was good.

Thanks dear. I'm sorry you're not feeling so hot now either.
