No fascism at all -- this is standard practice when the protection of the president is an issue. Bursey entered an area that was restricted to authorized people and refused to leave, and was arrested and prosecuted for same. That area was public most of the time, but was restricted for a measured time for a reasonable purpose (the passing of the president). His issue of free speech was vetted to a court, and found lacking, as the issue wasn't about speech at all.

Just as a query -- do you know what fascism actually is? Most people don't, and those that learn the term quickly realize it almost never applies where it is used.... No attempt to slam, honestly, just a desire to know if you are on the rare side or not.
