There's pretty good information that Pakistan got its missiles from N. Korea. They were strapped for cash, so they said, how's about we share some nuclear technology to pay for the rockets? Ya, you betcha... So the the far eastern linchpin of the axis of evil saved about 10 years on its nuke R&D program. If we're going to be serious about an so-called "axis of evil" we better add Pakistan to the list.
