It started raining around 4am. When I woke up, the guys on the radio were saying they had encountered some flooded streets. It kept raining. By 5pm, we had four inches. The total now is about 4.5". It's been raining all but about 90 minutes it total today. It isn't supposed to quit until Tuesday evening.
