Last Saturday, at the end of a very busy week, we went to the art museum. Then in the evening I got together with the guys. This happens about once a year, usually around this time. I stayed out way too late.

After that, my calendar was mostly open. But that didn't last too long.

Sunday was gaming, as usual.

My mom got a new computer, so I spent the evening setting that up for her.

Tuesday, I met sirreal13 was in town, so we met for dinner. That was nice. And then I stopped at my moms again, for a little bit.

Wednesday and Thursday... nothing? I've been working with my dad, to get a website set up for him. I'm sure I spent some time on that, one of those nights.

Friday I met my friend Doug. We get together about once a month. Talk, drink some whisky, maybe play a game.

Today I cleaned the bathrooms, and that was pretty much it. Downtime! I need more of that.

Gaming tomorrow, and I need to pick up some food.

Monday is the St. Andrew's meeting. Tuesday is CoPA. Either Wednesday or Thursday I'm getting together with my dad.

After that, there's nothing on the calendar. That will change, I'm sure.

At the art museum last week, there was an exhibit featuring The Phillips Collection (Washington DC). The exhibition features 50 masterworks by towering figures of European modernism, including Manet, Monet, Morisot, van Gogh, Cézanne, Kandinsky, Modigliani, Picasso and this piece by Degas, which caught my eye.

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic. The whole painting about less than 8x10". That's the shadow of my phone on the lower part. You can see it here.
