They finally poured the slab for the new shed. It's been two weeks since they came in to grade it. A week since they put up the forms and laid the rebar. Two weeks since they blocked off my ditch and set up a mosquito breeding pond.

So my ditch is opened up, more or less, and there's a big slab of concrete. They say it needs to cure for a month before they'll build. Nobody really understands why that is.
