odd weather

Odd weather lately, but good. Last week the temps were in the 40s or 50s. Today and the rest of the week, the temps will be in the fifties or less. But yesterday was near 70° and Saturday was near 80! And mostly sunny. A bit windy.

How did that happen, on a weekend!

I was washing dishes last night, and broke a wine glass. We have several kinds, and I like them all except one kind. I don't like the stemless ones. They're very large. They're hard to wrap my hand around, and there's no stem to help hold them.

So that's the kind I dropped. The kind I don't like. And it landed on another and broke it instead.

My parents had a set of 8 glasses from about 50 years ago. I think my mom was down to 6 when she gave them to us. We've broken a couple and were down to 4 for a long time. Now 3.
