the good old days

I went through a lot of my journal entries from 2001. A few things struck me.

I posted multiple times per day. Now it's only a couple of times a week.
I was much funnier and a better writer.
I struggled a lot, emotionally that year.
I was apparently a romantic guy. I wasn't aware of this.

more snow

We woke to snow. I hadn't heard that snow was in the forecast. There was about an inch on the ground, and the flakes were drifting down - so pretty. Then it warmed up a bit and it started melting from the concrete. Then the sun came out.

Then it got windy and a snow squall moved in. The sun came out and it ended and but the wind picked up. Then more snow came in. It was really nasty for a while. Then the snow quit and the wind died down slightly. Then the sun came out again.
