Everything's suddenly become a pain in the ass.
I've been sick for most of the week, so I figured I would crash hard upon lying down, but it was not to be. I'm sick, and I can't sleep. I've got a long day ahead. It must be the alcohol. It usually gets me "up" for a while, and then I crash when it wears off. But it wore off along time ago. It must be the illness.
I needed to charge the iPod, and Zen mp3 players, so I had them plugged in to the laptop, but I closed the lid, sending it into hibernation mode, or whatever, and now the players are locked up. The iPod simply says "do not disconnect" but the Zen player is really hosed. It says "docked" but I can't shut it down or start it up, and the computer doesn't recognize it. I'm going to have to unplug it, and let it run out of battery.
Some Iberia workers are going on strike, and they're canceling about 400 flights. The good news is that's Monday and Tuesday. The bad news is that it makes me nervous anyway.
I wish I could figure out how to get Yahoo in English.
